# Introduction

#### dMeet is a platform for video meetings, direct calls, and real-time communication — built on the decentralized network of [dTelecom](https://www.dtelecom.org/).&#x20;

It’s designed to make communication simple, secure, and accessible — even if you don’t speak the same language. Start a meeting, call someone directly, or join a conversation in seconds. No complex setup, no unnecessary friction — just connect.

### What makes dMeet different

*dMeet combines video conferencing, direct calling, and AI-powered translation in one space — while keeping the experience simple and your data private.* It’s a communication environment where you can join group calls and connect with people one-on-one.

Instead of relying only on meeting links, you can call users directly, save contacts, and return to conversations instantly. At the same time, dMeet supports large video meetings with 100+ participants.

**Key capabilities include:**

* **Direct calls** — connect instantly, no links or scheduling
* **Group meetings** — host and join large video calls
* **AI Meeting Summary** — automatic transcript and structured recap of every call
* **AI Voice Translator** — understand different languages in real time
* **Profiles & contacts** — find and reconnect with people easily
* **Rewards system** — earn points through activity

### Your Profile, Your Identity

*Your profile is how others find and recognize you in dMeet.*&#x20;

You can set your name, username, bio, and avatar, and share a personal link so others can call you directly. Users can also find you by username — no phone number or personal data required.

This turns dMeet from a meeting tool into a space for real connections.

### Direct Calls

*dMeet lets you call anyone instantly — like messaging, but with voice or video.*&#x20;

You can start a call from a user’s profile or your Favorites. There’s no need to create links or schedule meetings — just choose a person and connect. Saving contacts to Favorites makes it even faster to return to important conversations.

### Video Meetings & Collaboration

*dMeet provides everything you need for group communication.*&#x20;

You can host meetings with 100+ participants, create reusable rooms, and collaborate in real time. During meetings, you can:

* Share your screen
* Use group chat with reactions and pinned messages
* Raise your hand to participate

Everything stays simple and organized, whether it’s a team meeting, class, or community call.

#### AI Meeting Summary

*Never take notes in a meeting again.*

dMeet automatically transcribes your calls and generates a structured recap with key topics, decisions, and action items. Everything runs on dMeet's own private AI — your conversations are never sent to third-party providers and are never used to train models.

The full transcript and summary are saved to your meeting history, so you can revisit them anytime, share them with the team, or catch up on meetings you missed.

### AI Voice Translation

*dMeet helps you communicate across languages in real time.*&#x20;

Speech is automatically transcribed and translated into 30+ languages, with results shown in a dedicated transcription tab. There’s no synthetic voice — only clear, readable text that keeps conversations natural.

### Host Controls

*Hosts can manage meetings easily and keep everything under control.*

You can assign co-hosts, mute participants, control cameras, remove users, and auto-mute participants on join. Key settings like AI Translator or join sounds can be adjusted directly during the meeting.

### Simple, Flexible, Accessible

*dMeet is designed to be easy to use from the start.*&#x20;

It works on desktop via browser and on mobile through a dedicated app. You can sign in with a wallet, email, or social account — or join meetings without registration

### Rewards & Community

dMeet includes a rewards system that encourages participation. Earn points for hosting and joining calls, invite others, and track your progress on the Leaderboard. The more active you are, the more you gain.

### Privacy & Technology

*Privacy is built into dMeet by design.* The platform runs on decentralized dTelecom infrastructure using peer-to-peer connections. There are no central servers, no tracking, and no unnecessary data collection.

Even our AI features — transcription, summaries, translation — run on self-hosted infrastructure. Your meeting content is never sent to third-party AI providers and is never used to train models.

### Use Cases

dMeet works across many scenarios:

* 📞 Direct calls with friends or colleagues
* 💼 Team meetings and remote work
* 🎓 Online classes and tutoring
* 🌍 International communication with translation
* 🧑‍💼 Interviews, onboarding, and consultations
* 🪙 Web3 communities and DAO calls

# For Hosts: Pre-settings

One of the great things about dMeet is that **anyone can create a meeting room — even without authorization!**

There is also an option to **Make a Call** but you’ll need to [**complete authorization**](/whats-dmeet/registration) first.

Once click **Create a Meet** — you’ll be taken straight to the **meeting preview**.
{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

{% hint style="success" %}
Before creating your room, we recommend [**personalizing your profile**](/about-your-profile/account-information) so other participants can easily recognize you and feel more comfortable during the call!

# Schedule a Meet

Not every meeting happens right now — sometimes you just need to lock in a time and invite people in advance. That's what Schedule a Meeting is for.

### How to schedule

You can schedule a meeting from two places:

* The **Home** screen — tap **Schedule a Meet**
* The **Meetings** section → tap **Schedule a meeting**

Fill in the details:

* **Meeting title** — give it a name so people know what it's about
* **Date** — you can only schedule meetings in the future, not the past
* **Time** — your local timezone is shown automatically, so there's no guesswork
* **Duration** — pick how long the meeting should run
* **Participants** — add people by email

Once everything looks good, tap **Schedule a meeting** to confirm.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FWjxDpij0fIrAYVK4G5Ns%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=864a6225-5ca3-4eab-8aa0-f13876c1ffe5" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

### Inviting participants

Right now, you can only invite people **by email** — so you'll need to know the email address of everyone you want to add.

The moment you create the meeting, each invited person gets an **email invitation**. If they're already a dMeet user, the meeting will also show up directly in their **Meetings** section under **Upcoming** — no need to dig through their inbox.

{% hint style="success" icon="person-limbs-wide" %}
If you invite someone who isn't a dMeet user yet, don't worry — once they sign up with that same email, the invitation will be recognized and the meeting will appear for them automatically.
{% endhint %}

### Managing a scheduled meeting

As the **host**, you're in full control. You can:

* Edit the title, date, time, or duration
* Add or remove participants
* Cancel the meeting entirely
* Join the meeting directly once it's time

Every time you change the date, time, or duration, **all participants get an automatic update email** — so nobody's left wondering if the plan changed.

{% hint style="info" %}
There are no separate reminder emails before the meeting — participants only get notified when the meeting is created, and again if details change.
{% endhint %}

**Participants** can see all the meeting details and who else is invited, but they can't edit anything. They do have one option of their own: marking themselves as not attending (decline), so the host knows not to expect them.

### When the meeting starts

Once the scheduled time arrives, the meeting becomes live — you'll see a countdown turn into a **Join** option. From this point on, the meeting can no longer be edited or canceled; you can only join it.

### A few things to know

{% hint style="info" %}
**Daily invite limit:** to keep things fair and prevent spam, hosts can send up to **30 meeting invitations per day**. If you hit the limit, you'll see a message letting you know — just try again tomorrow.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Repeated complaints:** if multiple participants report a host for spammy or unwanted invitations, that host may lose the ability to schedule meetings.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" icon="hand" %}
**Blocking:** if a participant blocks a host, that host won't be able to schedule meetings with them, call them directly, or message them in chat.
{% endhint %}

Whether you’re **creating a meeting** or **joining one via a link**, you’ll always see a **preview screen** first. This gives you a moment to get everything ready the way *you* like it. Here, you can adjust the following:
{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

{% columns %}
{% column width="66.66666666666666%" %}

* Choose whether you want to join with your **camera** and **microphone** on *(dMeet will request permission to access your camera and microphone)*
* Update your **avatar** *(Avatar customization is available only for authorized users)*
* Change your **name** and **the room name** that other participants will see during the call

→ So you always enter the room exactly the way you want!
{% endcolumn %}

{% column width="33.33333333333334%" %}

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FKhMGRK7KMAABm7eRd6oT%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=2806c4bc-0338-43ed-b56f-9a3ae51c3cd7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

{% hint style="info" icon="face-grin-stars" %}
Once everything looks good, just click **Start Meeting**, and you're all set!
{% endhint %}

# dMeeting

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FtRy9wyygPCcNVJSLj5N2%2FScreenshot%202026-03-24%20at%2022.53.32.png?alt=media&amp;token=6cbfe9aa-233d-4cae-a9b0-b6ac1399bb64" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Every dMeet meeting has three types of participants:

* **Host** — the meeting organizer, has full control over everything.
* **Co-hosts** — a participant the host has promoted, gets the same moderation powers as the host.
* And all other **participants**

To see everyone, just tap the **Participants icon** in the bottom-right corner — a list of everyone in the room will appear.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Hosts can make someone a co-host**, giving them full host powers.\
Open the participants list → find the person → tap the three dots → Make co-host.\
Co-hosts then get all host functionalities!
{% endhint %}

### Camera & Microphone

At the bottom of the screen are the most important buttons: toggle your **camera** and **microphone**. Tap the little arrow next to each button to select the device you want to use.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Hosts and co-hosts can mute other participants and turn off their video if needed**. But only the participant can turn it back on themselves — so control always stays in their hands!
{% endhint %}

### Meeting Settings

Tap the **three-dot menu (···)** in the bottom toolbar to open meeting settings. From here you can manage key options without leaving or restarting the call:

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FXus3bE6T77N4YAEWiGIk%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=eb8a803d-5fa3-46e3-9876-ab73f97cbddd" alt="" width="371"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* [**AI Summary**](/lets-get-started/ai-summary) — enable meeting transcription and structured summary generation
* [**AI Translator**](/lets-get-started/meeting-chat-and-ai-voice-translator) — enable live voice translation and select your speaking language
* **Noise cancellation** — filter out background noise for cleaner audio
* **Auto-mute participants on join** — new participants join muted by default
* **Play join sound for host** — hear a chime when someone enters the room
* [**Add to Favorite**](/lets-get-started/calls-and-meetings-overview) — save this meeting for quick access later
* [**Share Link**](/lets-get-started/for-guests-receiving-a-link) — copy the meeting link to invite others

> AI Summary and AI Translator are paid features that use [AI credits](/plans-and-billing/ai-credits). See [AI Summary](/lets-get-started/ai-summary) and [AI Voice Translator](/lets-get-started/meeting-chat-and-ai-voice-translator#transcription-and-ai-voice-translator) for details.

### Screen Sharing

Want to show a presentation, document, or your screen? Tap the **Screen Share button** — you can share your entire screen or just one window.

> Right now, screen sharing works only on **desktop** in the browser, but mobile support is coming soon!&#x20;

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FwSJEMATQTdTCT9yK7m5S%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=79c03e1b-be56-49eb-a892-480dc99db24f" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Reactions & Raise Hand

{% columns %}
{% column width="33.33333333333333%" %}

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FR6OOlGyh86pfmre8qiar%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=0f44521a-2359-489d-85c0-bed784e7f400" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endcolumn %}

{% column width="66.66666666666667%" %}
**Reactions** — tap the smiley icon in the toolbar, pick an emoji, and it'll appear next to your tile for a few seconds. A quick way to respond without interrupting.

**Raise Hand** — tap the hand icon to signal that you'd like to speak. You'll join a visible queue at the top of the participants list, ordered by who raised their hand first. The first person in line is highlighted in green — super helpful during Q\&A sessions.

To lower your hand, just tap the icon again.

> On mobile, the Raise Hand button is inside the emoji menu.
> {% endcolumn %}
> {% endcolumns %}

{% hint style="success" %}
**Hosts and co-hosts have extra powers!** \
They can lower someone else’s hand by going to the queue in the participants list and tapping the hand icon next to the person’s name. Even better, if the Q\&A time is over, the host or co-host can lower **all raised hands at once** by pressing the **“Give up all hands”** button.
{% endhint %}

### Share the Meeting Link

To invite others, tap the green button in the top-right corner. The meeting link will be copied instantly. Anyone in the call (not just hosts) can share this link with others to invite them in.

{% hint style="success" %}
If someone is joining dMeet for the first time, you can share our [onboarding guide](/lets-get-started/meeting-preview) with them — it explains how to join a call step by step!
{% endhint %}

### Leaving the Meeting

Ready to leave? Tap the **red button** at the bottom and confirm your action.&#x20;

If you’re the host, you’ll have two options:

* **Leave the meeting** — you leave, but everyone else stays
* **End the meeting for everyone** — closes the room for all participants

This gives you full control over how you manage your call.

> Note: If you leave and rejoin later, chat history won’t be saved for you.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Hosts and co-hosts can kick participants** from the meeting by opening the participants list, tapping the three dots next to a user, and selecting “Kick out”. So our friendly advice: keep the vibe positive and welcoming — it makes the call more comfortable for everyone!
{% endhint %}

### After the Meeting

Once you leave, you'll see a **Meeting Summary screen** showing how long you were in the call and how many Points you earned.

You can always check your points in the [**Leaderboard**](/leaderboard-and-points/dmeet-points).

> You can also rate the meeting and leave feedback — it helps us improve dMeet every day. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! 💛

If [**AI Summary**](/lets-get-started/ai-summary) was enabled during the meeting, its status will appear here too — and you'll be able to access the full summary from your meeting history.

# AI Summary

Ever finish a meeting and wish you had a clean record of everything that was decided? That's exactly what AI Summary does. It listens to your meeting, transcribes everything, and then generates a structured summary — key topics, important notes, decisions made, and action items — so nothing gets lost.

### Before you start: credits

AI Summary is a paid feature. It uses **2 AI credit per minute** while active.

If both AI Summary and AI Voice Translator are running at the same time, that's **3 credits per minute** total. You can track your credit balance on the [**Plan & Billing**](/plans-and-billing/plans-and-pricing) page.

> Only the **host's** credits are used — participants don't spend their own credits when joining a meeting with AI Summary enabled.

### How to enable

Only the **host** can enable AI Summary.

**Before the meeting** — on the Meeting Preview screen, open settings and toggle on **AI Summary**.

**During the meeting** — tap the **three-dot menu (···)** in the bottom toolbar to open meeting settings, then toggle on **AI Summary**.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Once AI Summary is enabled during an active meeting, it **cannot be turned off** until the meeting ends. Make sure you're ready to use it before switching it on.
{% endhint %}

The host can enable Summary and leave the meeting — it will keep recording until all participants have left or the host returns and ends the meeting.

### If credits run out mid-meeting

The meeting continues normally — nothing gets interrupted. AI Summary will stop recording at the point where credits ran out, and the summary will be generated based on the portion of the meeting that was captured.

### What's in the summary

After the meeting ends, AI Summary generates a structured document with five sections:

* **Overview** — a brief description of what the meeting was about
* **Key Topics** — the main subjects that came up
* **Notes** — significant points and observations from the discussion
* **Decisions** — what was agreed on
* **Action Items** — tasks assigned, with the option to specify who's responsible

{% hint style="info" %}
The summary is written in the **language of the meeting** — whichever language was spoken most during the call.
{% endhint %}

### Summary statuses

The summary goes through a few stages after the meeting ends:

| Status             | What it means                                                                          |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Draft** | The summary has been generated and is ready to review |
| **Confirmed** | The host has reviewed and confirmed the summary |
| **Auto-confirmed** | 2 hours have passed without host action — automatically confirmed for all participants |
| **Edited** | The host has made changes to Decisions or Action Items |
| **Locked**         | 48 hours have passed — the summary is now read-only                                    |

As the host, you can confirm the summary as-is, or edit **Decisions** and **Action Items** before confirming. The other sections — Overview, Key Topics, and Notes — are generated automatically and can't be edited.

### Who can see the summary

Only the **host and participants** of that specific meeting can view the summary. If someone shares the link with a person who wasn't in the meeting, that person won't be able to open it.

If you need to share the summary with someone outside the meeting, use the **Download PDF** button — it exports the full summary in a clean, readable format.

### Where to find it

After leaving a meeting, you'll see a quick summary card on the post-meeting screen showing how long you were in the call and your earned Points — the summary status will appear there too.

To access the full summary later, go to [**Meetings → History**](/lets-get-started/calls-and-meetings-overview), find the meeting, and open it. Each meeting entry in your history shows its summary alongside the session details

### Full transcription

Want to see exactly what was said, word for word? Switch to the **Full Transcription** tab inside the summary page — it shows the complete transcript of everything spoken during the meeting.

# Meeting chat & AI Voice Translator

### Chat

{% columns %}
{% column width="33.33333333333333%" %}

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FvxR03Qeoy2bLcO172mqu%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=2af0baec-beac-4776-81f2-3f38cca2f530" alt="" width="188"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
{% endcolumn %}

{% column width="66.66666666666667%" %}
This is where all text conversations happen during the meeting. Everyone in the room can see and send messages in real time.

This is where all meeting conversations happen. In the chat, you can **copy messages**, **reply to them**, and **react with emojis** — making it super easy to join the conversation and interact with everyone!

**In the chat you can:**

* Send messages to all participants
* **Reply** to a specific message — tap and hold (mobile) or hover (desktop) to see the reply option
* **React** with an emoji — a quick way to respond without typing
* **Copy** any message
  {% endcolumn %}
  {% endcolumns %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Hosts and co-hosts can pin messages**.\
Note: only the last pinned message is saved — pin history isn’t stored.
{% endhint %}

### Transcription & AI Voice Translator

The **Transcription** tab is where the **AI Voice Translator** comes to life. Language barriers shouldn't get in the way of a good meeting. The AI Voice Translator transcribes what each speaker says and translates it in real time — so everyone in the room can follow along in their own language.

When a speaker has AI Translator enabled, their speech is automatically transcribed and translated into each listener's preferred language — and it all appears here, in real time. You'll see each speaker's name alongside their words, displayed in your chosen language. If the meeting is multilingual, each participant sees translations tailored to their own language setting.

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FOCsrYvr8iPHa1jBhegkX%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=08008bc1-8058-4c9f-bce7-160479d0571d" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

> Anyone in the meeting can be a speaker — not just the host. As long as both the speaker and the listener have enabled AI Transcription before joining, the translation will come through.

{% hint style="warning" icon="sparkle" %}
The AI Voice Translator is a paid feature. It uses **1 AI credit per minute** while active. You can check your available credits on the [**Plan & Billing**](/plans-and-billing/plans-and-pricing) page. Free plan users get 30 credits per month to get started.
{% endhint %}

#### How it works

Each person in the meeting sets their own language preferences:

* The **speaker** selects the language they're speaking in
* Each **listener** selects the language they want to read translations in

> For translations to work correctly, **both the speaker and the listener need to enable AI Transcription before joining the meeting.** If either side hasn't turned it on, the translation won't come through.

#### How to enable

* **Before joining** — on the [Meeting Preview](/lets-get-started/meeting-preview) screen, turn on AI Translator and select your language.
* **During a meeting** — tap the **three-dot menu (···)** in the bottom toolbar → toggle on **AI Translator** → choose your language from the dropdown.

You can turn the translator off at any time the same way — just toggle it back off. Credits stop being charged the moment it's disabled.

{% hint style="success" %}
The AI Voice Translator is available in both **group meetings** and **one-on-one calls** — the setup is exactly the same either way.
{% endhint %}

#### Where to read translations

Open the **Chat panel** → switch to the **Transcription** tab. You'll see each speaker's words translated into your chosen language in real time.

For the full word-for-word record of your meeting, see [AI Summary](/lets-get-started/ai-summary).

# For Guests: Receiving a Link

If someone wants to invite you to a meeting, they’ll simply send you a **meeting link**. One of the best things about dMeet is that **anyone can join — web2 or web3 users — even without signing in!**

However, we still *highly recommend* going through the quick [registration](/whats-dmeet/registration) process. It takes less than a minute and lets you join the [**Points Program**](/leaderboard-and-points/dmeet-points), so you can earn rewards for being an early participant in the [dTelecom](https://www.dtelecom.org/airdrop) ecosystem.

{% endhint %}

#### **Suggestions & Search**

The **Suggestions** section helps you discover people you’ve already interacted with.

dMeet recommends users you’ve previously shared meetings with, so you can easily reconnect. You can also:

* Search for users by their **username**
* Add them to Favorites instantly

All of this is designed to make starting calls fast and effortless ⭐️

To quickly manage your meetings or calls: Tap the **three-dot menu** next to any item. From there, you can either add to Favorites or remove from history

{% hint style="info" %}
To make sure your **meetings and calls are saved in history**, you need to be [**logged in**](/whats-dmeet/registration). Guest users can join meetings, but their activity won’t be stored.
{% endhint %}

# dMeet Chats

Want to message someone directly without starting a call? **dMeet now has private, encrypted one-on-one chats** — a simple way to stay in touch between meetings.

### How chats work

dMeet chats work a little differently from what you might be used to — and it's by design.

{% hint style="info" icon="shield-keyhole" %}
Instead of syncing your full message history to the cloud, **your chat history is stored locally, right on your device**. That means your conversations stay with you, not on some server somewhere. No cloud backups to worry about, no central database holding onto your private messages — just you and the person you're talking to.
{% endhint %}

It's a small trade-off for real peace of mind: your chats are yours, and they stay that way.

### Where new chats show up

To check your messages, open the **Chats** section in the top menu.

When someone messages you for the first time, dMeet uses a bit of context to figure out where the conversation should land:

* If you've never crossed paths before — no shared meetings, no calls, not in each other's Favorites — their message goes to **Requests**, a separate space for messages from people you haven't connected with yet
* If you've met before (a shared meeting, a call, or they're in your Favorites), the chat appears directly in your **main chat list**
* If you have an **active** [**paid plan**](/plans-and-billing/plans-and-pricing), your messages go straight to the recipient's main chat list too — even if you've never crossed paths before
*

```
<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/F47BKxIyt7lPbiB895Rf" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
```

### What you can do in a chat

* **Send messages** — text only for now, images aren't supported yet
* **Edit** your own messages — within **24 hours** of sending
* **Delete** a message, or delete the entire chat

{% hint style="info" icon="user-shield" %}
Replying to a specific message isn't available in chats — it's a deliberate choice, since chat content isn't accessible to anyone outside the conversation, including the dMeet team.
{% endhint %}

### Connections & Notes

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FMHcHZrcNK2JPxfDKPMSF%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=c8866564-5128-422d-bbfa-7a0e22bb84c8" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Connections&#x20;

Wondering if you've met someone before they message you? Open their profile and check **Connections** — *it shows how many times you've crossed paths in meetings or calls, along with your two most recent interactions.* It's a quick way to recognize someone before diving into a conversation with them.

Connections shows up on every profile, not just inside chats.

#### Notes

Want to remember a quick detail about someone? Add a private **Note** to their profile — up to **160 characters**. Only you can see it — the other person has no idea it's there.

Your notes are saved against that person's profile and visible from **any device** you're logged into. You'll find them both inside a chat and on your [contacts list](/lets-get-started/calls-and-meetings-overview).

# Ask AI

Ever wish you could just ask *"what did we decide on that call last week?"* instead of digging through old meetings? **That's exactly what Ask AI does.**

{% hint style="success" icon="sparkle" %}
Ask AI is a built-in assistant that helps you find your way around your own meeting history. It uses your [**AI Summaries**](/lets-get-started/ai-summary) as a knowledge base — so it can tell you when a meeting happened, what it was about, what tasks came out of it, what decisions were made, and what deadlines were set.
{% endhint %}

### How it works

{% columns %}
{% column %}

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FvmjhO5fE4ABQ4apG1stJ%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=51523148-0a41-40eb-8671-2b3231f9e416" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endcolumn %}

{% column %}
Just type your question, and Ask AI searches through your past meetings to find the answer. You can ask things like:

* "What decisions were made last week?"
* "What are my coworkers' action items?"
* "What meetings did I have between June 1st and June 7th?"

Ask AI understands **dates and date ranges**, so you can ask about a specific meeting or a whole stretch of time — it'll pull together topics, decisions, and action items from everything that matches.
{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

When it finds something relevant, it highlights key names, topics, and terms, and attaches **source cards** — clickable links straight to the specific meeting and its summary, so you can dig deeper whenever you want.

{% hint style="info" %}
Ask AI only searches meetings **you were present in**. If a meeting happened in your room but you weren't there when AI Summary was running, it won't show up in your answers.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" %}
You don't need to stay in the meeting the whole time — if you started a meeting, turned on AI Summary, and then stepped away, Ask AI will still be able to answer questions about it.
{% endhint %}

### Credits

Ask AI costs **10 credits per question** — no matter how many meetings it has to search through to find the answer. Whether you have 5 meetings or 500, the cost is the same.

If Ask AI can't find anything relevant to your question, you'll see a message like *"nothing related found in your meeting memory"* — and you **won't be charged** for that request. The same goes if you're a new user with no recorded meetings yet: *Ask AI will simply suggest creating a meeting with AI Summary, and no credits are deducted.*

### Where to find it

Ask AI is available both on the **web** and in the **mobile app**. Look for the **Ask AI** button — you'll find it as a floating button in the corner of your screen.

You can also open it **during a live meeting** — handy if you want to quickly check what was discussed last time before picking up where you left off.

{% hint style="info" %}
Ask AI only works with **completed** summaries. If a meeting is still in progress and its summary hasn't been generated yet, you won't be able to ask about it until it's done.
{% endhint %}

### Trying it without an account

Curious what Ask AI can do before signing up? You can open it without registering and try out example questions in **demo mode**. Since there's no meeting history tied to a guest account, the answers you'll see are illustrative rather than pulled from real data — a preview of how Ask AI responds once you start using it for real.

### What's next

{% hint style="info" icon="plane-departure" %}
A team-wide version of Ask AI is in the works for the Enterprise plan, where multiple accounts will be able to share a credit pool — and an account owner will be able to see meeting summaries across their whole team, even ones they weren't personally part of.
{% endhint %}

# Account Information

Before you start a call — or join one — it’s a great idea to **personalize your account**! Tap the menu in the top-right corner — this is where your profile lives.&#x20;

{% columns %}
{% column width="50%" %}

<div><figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FWrHOYgeyK0H6lLhnnOvr%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=a12223ee-b3a0-4426-bd63-49a3d1c8c200" alt="" width="195"><figcaption></figcaption></figure> <figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FveTswFVgcZSrdRbMVcxf%2FIMG_3599.jpg?alt=media&amp;token=16aa9308-3f14-4d66-9f57-ae027ee93f5d" alt="" width="188"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
{% endcolumn %}

{% column width="33.33333333333333%" %}
In the **Profile** section, you’ll see:

* Your name
* Avatar
* QR code
* Personal [share link](/about-your-profile/share-your-profile).
  {% endcolumn %}
  {% endcolumns %}

{% hint style="success" %}
We recommend updating the auto-generated name and avatar you received during registration — it helps others recognize you and creates a more comfortable experience during meetings.
{% endhint %}

### Editing your profile

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FIxG9qGitEwM35Q8aOsda%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=2be297fc-e606-4e08-bb20-8c27584040f3" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To edit your profile tap the menu in the top-right corner and go to **Settings.** From there you can:

* Upload a profile picture
* Enter your display name
* Choose a username
* Add a bio

Don’t forget to tap **Save** so your changes appear in your profile.

{% columns %}
{% column width="16.666666666666664%" %}

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2Fns2n8VRKSz5clKCo6l3g%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=1cc0090d-38eb-4066-ac84-22c7698320ba" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endcolumn %}

{% column width="83.33333333333334%" %}
In this same panel you’ll find:

1. The **email address** you used to sign up.
2. **Linked accounts** — this includes your connected emails and embedded wallets.
3. The option to **delete** your account.
   {% endcolumn %}
   {% endcolumns %}

### dMeet Wallet

When you sign up on dMeet, an **embedded wallet** is automatically created for you — it’s securely linked to your account and ready to use from the first moments on the platform.

> Your embedded wallet is created primarily for one important reason — **so you can later exchange your** [**Points**](/leaderboard-and-points/dmeet-points) **for dTelecom tokens** once they become available during the **TGE (Token Generation Event)**.

So even if you’re not planning to store or transfer anything yet, your wallet is already set up and waiting for the moment when you can turn your earned Points into real tokens.

### **Managing Your Embedded Wallet**

**To copy wallet address** click on the **Solana** or **Copy** icons. Use it when you want to receive tokens or share your address with someone who wants to send you USDC.

{% hint style="info" %}
For more advanced wallet management, we recommend using any external crypto wallet you’re comfortable with.
{% endhint %}

# Share your Profile

### **Share & Receive&#x20;*****Profile*****&#x20;Link**

One of the easiest ways to start a call with someone is to **share your profile link** so the other person can call you directly.

To do this, tap the **profile icon** in the top-right corner of the screen — the one with your avatar. This will open your profile details and give you the option to **share your profile**.

{% columns %}
{% column width="33.33333333333333%" %}

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FPJj9ja07Zjpu5MrtOq8o%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=67fbbd16-09f0-4445-9f52-0d225a671417" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endcolumn %}

{% column width="66.66666666666667%" %}
If you're standing next to the person, the quickest option is to let them **scan your QR code** — it appears right on your profile screen.

Another way is to tap **Copy link** or the **Share Profile** button. This instantly copies your personal link so you can send it through any messenger or platform you prefer.

* **If the person is already registered**, your link will open directly as a **contact card**, ready for them to call you right away.
* **If they’re not registered yet**, they’ll first need to complete a quick authorization before making the call.

{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

### **Share & Receive&#x20;*****Meeting*****&#x20;Link**

If you’re already in a meeting and want to invite someone else, it’s super easy! Just tap the **button in the top-right corner** — the meeting link will be copied instantly. Now you can share it with anyone you’d like to join your call.

You can join an ongoing meeting even **without registration**, but we *highly recommend* completing the quick [authorization](/whats-dmeet/registration) process. Why? Because **authorized users earn** [**Points**](/leaderboard-and-points/dmeet-points) for every meeting they attend — and those points later convert into rewards!

Want to know how the person you’re calling receives notifications? We explained that [here](/about-your-profile/web-mobile-app-and-notifications)!

# Web, Mobile App & Notifications

To make using **dMeet** even more convenient, we’ve created a standalone app you can add directly to your device’s home screen. While dMeet is available on desktop via your browser, on mobile devices the platform is available **only as an app** — the interface stays almost the same, *but now you can also receive i**ncoming call notifications on your mobile phone***.

To install the app:

* Tap the menu in the top-right corner (your profile picture)
* Select **Download App**
* Scan the QR code with camera on your mobile

You’ll be redirected to the App Store or Google Play, where you can download and install the app.

{% columns %}
{% column width="25%" %}

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FhHII7f7TkvL1hEMNO8JF%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=682d4bc7-b6a9-4d78-b750-eaf50abbe449" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endcolumn %}

{% column width="75%" %}
{% hint style="info" icon="hundred-points" %}
Once installed, you’ll have full access to all features directly on your phone — fast, seamless, and optimized for mobile use!
{% endhint %}

When logging in, you’ll be prompted to **enable notifications** — we recommend turning them on immediately so you never miss a call. You can also enable them later in your device settings.
{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

# Plans & Pricing

dMeet is free to use — you can host and join meetings, make calls, and connect with people right away. But if you want to unlock AI-powered features like the [AI Voice Translator](/lets-get-started/meeting-chat-and-ai-voice-translator) and [AI Summary](/lets-get-started/ai-summary), that's where plans and credits come in.

### Plans

To view your current plan and explore options, tap your **profile icon** in the top-right corner and select **Plan & Billing**. You'll see your current plan, usage stats, and all available options in one place. There are four plans to choose from.&#x20;

{% columns %}
{% column width="41.66666666666667%" %}

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FciCUVAoskPQIhJU75Cg9%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=686840b3-49a0-4f95-a06d-5f55da389a42" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endcolumn %}

{% column width="58.33333333333333%" %}

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FvFFX7VZDXqwO85FrTdj4%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=3ef24d7c-a670-4c65-b6e8-01a8ef6d0017" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

The moment you create a dMeet account, you're automatically on the **Free plan** — no credit card needed, no trial period. It's just yours. Here's what you get from day one:

* **30 AI credits per month** — enough to try out the AI Voice Translator and AI Summary
* **Up to 100 participants** per meeting
* **45-minute meeting duration**
* **Reward Points x1** — you earn Points for every meeting you host or join
* Full access to video and audio meetings, chat, screen sharing, and all core features

The Free plan is a great starting point. But if your meetings are getting longer, your teams are growing, or you want more AI features — it might be time to look at what's next.

### Pro and Business — what's better and why?

Both paid plans unlock the same core upgrades: **unlimited meeting duration**, **more AI credits**, **noise cancellation**, and a **Reward Points multiplier** that makes your time in dMeet worth even more.

Here's how they compare:

* **Pro** is a solid choice if you host regular meetings and want to use AI features without worrying about running out of credits mid-call. Your Reward Points also earn twice as fast.
* **Business** is built for heavier use — larger rooms, more AI, and a x3 Points multiplier. It also includes **priority support**, so if something comes up, you're at the front of the line.

{% hint style="success" icon="arrow-trend-up" %}
Both plans are available on a **monthly or yearly** basis. Choose yearly and save 17%.
{% endhint %}

### Enterprise — for teams with specific needs

**Enterprise** is designed for organizations that need more than a standard plan can offer — custom participant limits, custom AI credit volumes, and tailored conditions. It starts from **5 seats** and is priced individually based on your team's setup. To get started, tap **Contact sales** on the Plan & Billing page — the team will take it from there.

{% hint style="info" icon="person-limbs-wide" %}
Enterprise includes everything in Business, plus a **Reward Points x5** multiplier and full priority support.
{% endhint %}

Plan & Billing is currently available on **web only**. If you're on the mobile app, head to [dmeet.org](https://dmeet.org/) in your browser to manage your plan, view invoices, or update your payment details.

# AI Credits

### What are AI credits?

AI credits are the currency that powers dMeet's AI features — the [**AI Voice Translator**](/lets-get-started/meeting-chat-and-ai-voice-translator) and [**AI Summary**](/lets-get-started/ai-summary). Think of them as *minutes*: each credit covers one minute of AI usage during a meeting.

Your credits refresh automatically every month based on your plan:

| Plan       | AI credits/month |
| ---------- | ---------------- |
| Free       | 30               |
| Pro        | 300              |
| Business   | 680              |
| Enterprise | Custom           |

### How credits are spent

{% columns %}
{% column width="50%" %}

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2F21D4hqAPy3ICSwOutl8l%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=0d1b1492-57a9-41e9-9ce6-942dbaf2bb9f" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endcolumn %}

{% column width="50%" %}

* **AI Voice Translator** enabled \
  → **1** credit per minute
* **AI Summary** enabled \
  → **2** credits per minute
* **Both** enabled at the same time \
  → **3** credits per minute
  {% endcolumn %}
  {% endcolumns %}

**AI Memory** (the [Ask AI](/lets-get-started/ask-ai) assistant) works differently — it's **10 credits per question**, no matter how many meetings it searches through to find the answer. If it can't find anything relevant to your question, you won't be charged.

Credits are spent from the **host's account** — participants don't use their own credits when joining a meeting.

{% hint style="info" icon="hundred-points" %}
You can track exactly how many credits you've used — and how many are left — on the [**Plan & Billing**](/plans-and-billing/plans-and-pricing) page under **Usage**.
{% endhint %}

### Buying additional credits

Running low more often than you'd like? You can top up your balance with additional AI credits — *separate from your monthly plan allowance.*

{% hint style="info" %}
Additional credits are available on [**Pro** and **Business**](/plans-and-billing/plans-and-pricing#pro-and-business-whats-better-and-why) plans (and Enterprise, by default). They're not available on the Free plan — if you're on Free, upgrading is the way to unlock this option.
{% endhint %}

**How it works:**

* Choose a credit package and pay through Stripe, same as a regular subscription payment
* You can buy as many packages as you'd like, whenever you'd like — there's no limit
* Pricing depends on your plan — the higher your plan, the cheaper your rate per credit. Business gets a better price per credit than Pro.

{% hint style="success" icon="sparkle" %}
**The key difference from your plan credits:** additional credits **never expire**. Your *monthly plan credits reset every cycle* — whatever's left over doesn't carry forward. *Additional credits*, on the other hand, *stay on your balance* until you use them, no matter how long that takes.
{% endhint %}

**Spending order:** dMeet always spends your monthly plan credits first. Only once those run out does it start drawing from your additional credit balance — so you're never paying extra before you have to!

You can track both separately on the [**Plan & Billing**](/plans-and-billing/plans-and-pricing) page: the main progress bar shows your monthly plan credits, while a separate breakdown below it shows how much you've used on each feature — AI Memory, AI Summary, and AI Translation.

#### Auto-reload

Want to never think about running out mid-meeting? Turn on **Auto-reload** in the credits section of the Plan & Billing page. Set a threshold and dMeet will top up your balance automatically when you hit it. It's disabled by default, so nothing changes until you turn it on.

### What happens when credits run out?

Nothing dramatic. If your credits run out mid-meeting, the AI features stop — but your meeting keeps going completely normally. No one gets disconnected, nothing gets interrupted.

You'll see a notification letting you know credits have been used up. At that point you can top up your balance, upgrade your plan, or continue the meeting without AI features.

{% hint style="success" icon="scroll" %}
If AI Summary was running when credits ran out, the summary will be generated based on the portion of the meeting that was recorded — up until the moment credits were exhausted.
{% endhint %}

# Payment & Invoices

### Subscribing to a plan

To upgrade from the Free plan, go to **Plan & Billing** (tap your profile icon → Plan & Billing), choose the plan that works for you, and tap **Upgrade**.

You'll be taken to a secure checkout page where you can enter your card details and complete the payment. dMeet uses [**Stripe**](https://stripe.com/en-pt/billing) for all payments — *one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world.* Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on dMeet's servers.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2FyPYCZgJEW1c0SeSDt2XD%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=d3583cc4-3fde-44c5-acc3-b852e3341f76" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

**At checkout you can:**

* Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and others)
* Use Link for faster checkout
* Pay with your Amazon account

> **A note on card verification:** Depending on your bank's security settings, you may be asked to verify the payment — for example, via a push notification or SMS. This is standard 3D Secure authentication, and it's your bank keeping your card safe. Not everyone will see this step — it depends on your bank, not on dMeet.

If your card is declined due to insufficient funds, you'll see a message right away. Just top up your card and try again — no need to start over.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Want to save time next time?** Check the **"Save my information for faster checkout"** box during payment. Your card details will be securely stored by Stripe, so future payments are much quicker. You can manage or remove saved payment methods at any time from the billing settings.
{% endhint %}

### Monthly vs yearly billing

All plans are available on a **monthly or yearly** basis. Switch to yearly and save **17%** — the toggle is right on the Plan & Billing page.

### Switching between plans

{% hint style="success" icon="plane-departure" %}
**Upgrading** takes effect immediately. If you're mid-billing cycle, you won't be charged the full amount — Stripe automatically calculates the difference for the remaining days and only charges you the pro-rated amount.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" icon="plane-arrival" %}
**Downgrading or canceling** takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you keep full access to everything your current plan includes. No refunds are issued for unused time.

When downgrading, you'll see exactly what you'll lose — [AI credits](/plans-and-billing/ai-credits), participant limits, and features — before confirming. Take a moment to review it.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" icon="arrows-rotate-reverse" %}
Changed your mind? You can **reactivate** a canceled plan at any time before the billing period ends — the option will be right there on the [Plan & Billing](/plans-and-billing/plans-and-pricing) page, along with the date your current plan expires.
{% endhint %}

### Invoices & billing history

<figure><img src="https://4017740393-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FEEJBWElYbJHSgqhMpsDc%2Fuploads%2Fm5XnPeQ0spCn3GcosbDg%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=d5785c69-1cf5-449f-a4f4-87a46a06ca9f" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

All your past payments are listed under **Billing → Recent invoices** on the [Plan & Billing](/plans-and-billing/plans-and-pricing) page. You can open any invoice to see the details, or tap **View all invoices in Stripe** for the full history.

To update your payment method, billing address, or tax ID, tap **Manage billing**.

### A note on mobile

Plan & Billing is currently available on **web only**. If you're using the dMeet mobile app, head to [dmeet.org](https://dmeet.org) in your browser to manage your plan, view invoices, or update payment details.

{% hint style="success" icon="sparkle" %}
A dedicated mobile page showing your current plan and credit balance is *coming soon!*

### FAQ

<details>

<summary><strong>How does the 12-month period work?</strong></summary>

The 12 months start from your referral's first successful payment. You earn 50% on every subscription payment they make during that window. After 12 months, commissions end — but the customer stays with dMeet.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>What counts as a qualified referral?</strong></summary>

A new dMeet customer who signs up through your referral link within the 60-day cookie window and makes a paid subscription. Existing customers and self-referrals are not eligible.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>When and how do I get paid?</strong></summary>

Monthly, on NET-15 terms - within 15 days after month end. Minimum payout is $50; balances below roll over to the next month. You can choose PayPal, Wire/SWIFT, Wise, local bank transfer, or crypto (USDT).

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Why is there a 30-day approval period?</strong></summary>

Commissions are held for 30 days after the qualifying payment to allow time for refunds and chargebacks. After 30 days, commissions are automatically approved and included in the next monthly payout. This protects both you and dMeet - once approved, your commission is yours.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>What happens if my referral cancels or asks for a refund?</strong></summary>

Commissions are paid only on successful, non-refunded payments. Most refunds occur during the 30-day approval window and are deducted automatically with no impact on you. If a refund occurs after approval, the commission is reversed from your future balance.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Are there restrictions on how I promote dMeet?</strong></summary>

We don't restrict channels - blogs, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, social media, Telegram, Discord, and paid advertising all work great.

We do prohibit:

* Bidding on dMeet brand terms in paid search
* Spam or unsolicited bulk email
* Impersonating dMeet or claiming to be an official channel
* Self-referrals and any form of referral fraud
* Promotion on sites with illegal, adult, or hate content

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Can I join if I'm a dMeet customer?</strong></summary>

Yes - being a customer is often the best starting point. You just can't refer your own accounts.

# Program Terms

## dMeet Affiliate Program — Terms of Service

*Effective Date: July 17, 2026*

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the dMeet Affiliate Program (the "Program"), operated by **DTEL LTD**, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (registration number HE 473641) ("dMeet", "we", "us", or "our"). By signing up for the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

### 1. Definitions

**"dMeet Service"** means the dMeet platform and related products available at dmeet.org and associated subdomains.

**"Referral Link"** means the unique tracking URL provided to you through our affiliate platform (Tolt).

**"Qualified Referral"** means a new dMeet customer who signs up through your Referral Link within the Cookie Window and makes a paid subscription to an Individual or Team plan. Enterprise plans and custom agreements are excluded from the Program.

**"Cookie Window"** means the 60-day attribution period beginning when a user first clicks your Referral Link.

**"Commission Window"** means the 12-month period during which you earn commissions on a Qualified Referral, beginning on the date of their first successful subscription payment.

### 2. Eligibility and Acceptance

To participate in the Program, you must:

* Be at least 18 years old;
* Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
* Provide accurate and complete registration information;
* Not be located in, or a resident of, any country subject to sanctions by the European Union, the United States, or the Republic of Cyprus.

We reserve the right to approve or reject applications, and to suspend or terminate accounts, at our sole discretion.

### 3. The Program

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to promote dMeet using the marketing materials, brand assets, and Referral Link we provide. The Program is administered through Tolt (tolt.com); your affiliate account, dashboard, tracking, and payouts are managed via that platform. Your use of Tolt is also subject to Tolt's own terms of service.

### 4. Commissions

**4.1 Commission Rate.** You earn a commission equal to fifty percent (50%) of every subscription payment made by your Qualified Referrals during the Commission Window.

**4.2 Commission Window.** The Commission Window is twelve (12) months from the date of the customer's first successful subscription payment. After 12 months, no further commissions accrue, regardless of whether the customer remains subscribed.

**4.3 Commission Basis.** Commissions are calculated on the net amount actually received by dMeet, excluding taxes, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and credits.

**4.4 Approval Period.** Commissions are held in a pending state for thirty (30) days after the qualifying payment to allow for refund and chargeback processing. After this 30-day period, commissions are automatically approved and become eligible for the next monthly payout in accordance with Section 6. Only approved commissions are included in payouts; pending commissions are not paid out, regardless of when they were earned.

**4.5 Enterprise Exclusion.** Enterprise plans and custom agreements are excluded from the Program. No commissions accrue on Enterprise sales, regardless of how the customer first reached dMeet. Any compensation for Enterprise referrals is subject to a separate written agreement.

**4.6 Workspace Attribution.** Commissions are attributed to the paying account. For Team plans, the Qualified Referral is the Workspace Owner whose account is billed for the subscription, including any per-seat fees. A referred user who joins a Workspace as a member does not generate commissions.

### 5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals

If a customer's payment is refunded, charged back, disputed, or otherwise reversed, the corresponding commission will be cancelled. If the commission has already been paid out, the amount will be deducted from your future commission balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, we may invoice you for the difference, which you agree to pay within thirty (30) days.

### 6. Payouts

**6.1 Payout Schedule.** Payouts are issued monthly on NET-15 terms — within fifteen (15) days after the end of each calendar month, for the previous month's approved commissions.

**6.2 Minimum Threshold.** The minimum payout amount is fifty US dollars ($50 USD). Balances below this threshold roll over to the following month and accumulate until the threshold is reached.

**6.3 Payment Methods.** Available payout methods include PayPal, Wire/SWIFT, Wise, local bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT). You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your chosen payment provider.

**6.4 Currency.** All commissions are denominated and paid in US dollars. Where a payout method requires conversion to another currency, exchange rates are applied at the time of payout.

**6.5 Tax Responsibility.** You are solely responsible for all taxes, withholdings, social contributions, and reporting obligations arising from your participation in the Program. dMeet will not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf unless required by applicable law. You agree to provide any tax documentation we reasonably request (e.g., W-8/W-9 forms, VAT identification).

### 7. Prohibited Promotional Practices

You may promote dMeet through any lawful channel, including blogs, videos, podcasts, newsletters, social media, Telegram, Discord, and paid advertising. However, the following practices are strictly prohibited:

**(a) Brand bidding.** Bidding on "dMeet", related brand terms, misspellings, or close variations in paid search engines (including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and similar platforms). This includes both exact and broad-match bidding.

**(b) Spam.** Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, direct messages, or other communications containing your Referral Link. All email and messaging promotion must comply with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.

**(c) Impersonation.** Representing yourself as dMeet, dMeet support, an official dMeet channel, or a dMeet employee. Creating websites, social media accounts, domain names, or marketing materials that could reasonably be mistaken for official dMeet communications.

**(d) Self-referrals and fraud.** Using your own Referral Link to refer yourself, creating fake or fraudulent accounts, engaging in cookie stuffing, click fraud, forced clicks, or any form of manipulation of the tracking system.

**(e) Harmful or unlawful content.** Promoting dMeet on websites or platforms that host illegal content, sexually explicit or adult content, hate speech, harassment, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of pending and unpaid commissions, and may give rise to legal action.

### 8. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

**8.1 License.** We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the dMeet name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting dMeet under this Agreement.

**8.2 Restrictions.** You may not modify our brand assets, use them in a misleading or disparaging manner, or register domain names, social media handles, trademarks, or app names containing "dMeet" or confusingly similar terms.

**8.3 Your Content.** Content you create to promote dMeet (articles, videos, posts) remains your property. You grant dMeet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, feature, or reference such content in our own marketing channels, with attribution where reasonable.

### 9. Confidentiality

In the course of participating in the Program, you may receive non-public information about dMeet, including product roadmap, internal performance metrics, and aggregated customer data via the Tolt dashboard. You agree to keep such information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without our prior written consent, except as required by law.

### 10. Term and Termination

**10.1 Term.** This Agreement commences when you are accepted into the Program and continues until terminated in accordance with this Section 10.

**10.2 Termination for Convenience.** Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Notice by email is sufficient.

**10.3 Termination for Cause.** We may terminate this Agreement immediately and without prior notice if you breach this Agreement, engage in fraud or deceptive practices, or take any action that harms our brand, reputation, or business.

**10.4 Effect of Termination.** Upon termination:

* Your Referral Link will be deactivated;
* Any commissions earned through prohibited practices will be forfeited;
* All other earned and approved commissions will be paid out in accordance with the normal payout schedule, subject to the minimum threshold;
* Sections 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 14 will survive termination.

### 11. Disclaimers

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding earnings potential, conversion rates, or the continued availability of the Program. Past performance by other Affiliates is not indicative of future results. We are not liable for technical failures, data loss, or interruptions caused by the Tolt platform, payment processors, or other third-party services.

### 12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

**12.1 Limitation of Liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dMeet's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will dMeet be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

**12.2 Indemnification.** You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dMeet, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) your promotional activities, or (iii) your use of dMeet's intellectual property.

### 13. Modifications to the Program

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or any aspect of the Program — including commission rates, the Commission Window, the Cookie Window, payout terms, and prohibited practices — at any time. We will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice of material changes via email or through the Tolt dashboard. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

### 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

### 15. General Provisions

**15.1 Independent Contractors.** Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between the parties. You are an independent contractor and may not represent yourself as an agent or employee of dMeet.

**15.2 Assignment.** You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

**15.3 Entire Agreement.** This Agreement, together with any documents it incorporates by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and dMeet regarding the Program and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

**15.4 Severability.** If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
