# Rewards and Points
Points reward you for using dMeet. You earn them for hosting and joining meetings and for inviting friends. Points decide your place on the Leaderboard.
### See your Points
Tap your profile picture and open **Rewards**. You'll see your total Points, the **Leaderboard**, **How it works?** and your referral link. After each meeting you also see the Points you earned for it.
### How you earn Points
| Activity | Points |
| ------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| Host a meeting or start a direct call | 40 per minute, when at least one other person is there |
| Join someone else's meeting | 20 per minute |
| Invite friends | 10% of all Points the people you invited earn |
| Rate the call quality after a meeting | 10 |
You need to be signed in to earn Points. Guests who join without an account don't earn them.
### Plan multipliers
Paid plans multiply all the Points you earn, from every source, including referrals.

| Business | x3 |
| Team | x5 |
| Enterprise | x5 |
Example: an hour-long meeting you host on Pro earns 40 × 60 × 2 = 4,800 Points.
### Leaderboard
The Leaderboard ranks everyone by Points, from highest to lowest. People are shown by their wallet address, and your own place is highlighted at the bottom.
### Invite friends
On the **Rewards** page, tap **Copy referral link** and share it. When someone signs up with it, you get 10% of the Points they earn.
