# dMeet Points

> In dMeet **points** are awarded for hosting meeting, joining conferences, or inviting friends and determine your rank and position on the Leaderboard.

To check your Points and see your progress, open the **Rewards** section in the top menu.\
There you’ll find your total Points and current standing in the community. The Leaderboard ranks users based on the Points they’ve earned. Users are displayed by their wallet addresses and ordered from highest to lowest score. Want to climb higher? Keep hosting, joining, and inviting. Learn how to earn Points below!

### **How You Earn Points**

* **Hosting a meeting** **or starting a direct call** → You earn **20 points per minute**

  *(at least one other participant needs to be in the room)*
* **Joining someone else’s meeting** → You earn **10 points per minute**
* **Inviting friends** → You receive **10% of all Points** earned by the person you referred

{% hint style="success" %}
The more active you are, the faster your Points grow — and they all matter in the long run.
{% endhint %}

When dTelecom reaches the **TGE & Token Integration Stage**, you’ll be able to **swap your Points for $DTEL tokens** and unlock premium features across the ecosystem. So every meeting you join and every friend you invite brings you closer to future rewards!
